We were brought in to provide strategic insight to support the design of two new graduate programs. We conducted a market research study to better understand the competition, and then proceeded to design the two programs. We also designed the curriculum for both new graduate programs, and provided a detailed action plan to strategically launch and sustain the programs in a manner that would increase the university’s bottom line.
