Dr. Peter T. Keo is the Founder & CEO of Rapid Research Evaluation (RPDRE), a 9x award-winning global research and analytics firm. While a postdoc at The University of Pennsylvania, RPDRE was born out of an intellectual curiosity to provide rapid, efficient, and affordable research solutions to those who rely on information for decision-making. Research is expensive; RPDRE makes it accessible and scalable.
The son of genocide survivors, Dr. Keo has always had an insatiable appetite for scientific discoveries and research findings that drive lasting change to solve problems, including the eradication of poverty. It is never enough to simply conduct research; one must do so with the full intent to make people, planet, and purpose better. This ethos drives Dr. Keo and is at the heart of Rapid Research Evaluation.
Dr. Keo grew up with limited resources. However, with hard work and perseverance, he eventually went on to earn a doctorate from Columbia University and graduate degrees from Harvard University and The University of Chicago. He also holds a professional certification in impact evaluation from the MITx. He completed his postdoctoral research at The University of Pennsylvania, specializing in community-based impact evaluation and data disaggregation.
With significant industry experience, Dr. Keo has held executive, leadership, research, and academic appointments for Stanford University School of Medicine, The University of Pennsylvania, Harvard University, Columbia University, New York University, and other notable institutions.
Dr. Keo is a “Marquis Who’s Who 2023” recognized for excellence in research and entrepreneurship. He was also recognized as "CEO of the Year" in 2024 by his peers at the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), among other awards and recognition.

Traditional R&E is expensive and takes too long to complete. Long delays are costly and often miss opportunities to impact real change.
Because R&E is extremely specialized and expensive, not everyone who needs it can afford or access it.
Existing R&E teams are often short-staffed, not having sufficient bandwidth to meet growing impact demands from funders and donors.
Cost-savings from our Rapid, Affordable, Efficient services can be redirected to deepen opportunity and equity impact at scale and drastically improve conditions for the most vulnerable populations.
Three words that best describe us: Rapid, Affordable, and Efficient. We produce results quickly but never compromise on quality. Excellence is everything, from start to finish.
Our turnaround time is 1 week to 2 months, using the most advanced research best practices. Longer timeframes are available.
Our rigorous and high-quality research and impact evaluations are always ≤ 50% of cost compared to a full-time employee and/or the competition.
Our clean and easy 6-step process streamlines workflow to clear outcomes - always on time and within budget.
We provide evidence-based, data-driven, client-focused solutions focused on scaling impact to deliver exceptional services beyond the momentary touch-point. We work with our clients to identify and address the root causes of the problems they confront and to devise sustainable solutions.
